CloudLink Mobile allows you to choose from simple, flexible data plans, with unlimited calling to New Zealand and Australia. Our Pay Monthly plans work seamlessly in smartphones for everyday calling, texting, and surfing, and can also double as mobile broadband when used with a compatible 4G/5G router (sold separately). Delivered over New Zealand’s nationwide 4G and 5G networks, you’ll enjoy reliable coverage in towns, cities, and further afield. Please note that performance may vary depending on signal strength, location, and network demand on cellphone towers.
Both eSIM and Physical SIM card options are available, making setup quick and simple across a wide range of devices. When you join CloudLink Mobile, you can transfer your existing phone number at no additional cost or request a brand new number. Group discounts are also available for businesses or families with ten or more mobile connections, making it even easier to keep everyone connected under one simple account.
¹ If you require a router, we can supply these for $10 per month. The router remains the property of CloudLink for the duration of your service.
² New connections incur a one-off SIM setup fee of $5.
³ There are no term commitments on any of our mobile plans. We simply need 30 days' notice if you wish to cancel or change your plan.
⁴ Data capped plans are full speed up to the advertised data allocation after which speed is reduced to 1Mbps until the next billing cycle.
⁵ Mobile Lite plan is capped at 1Mbps speed.
⁶ Any unused data on capped plans do not roll over after the end of the billing cycle.
⁷ Additional charges will apply for MMS, International Calling, Directory Assistance or Premium SMS. International roaming is charged at $8/day.
